How do I resubscribe a “Do Not Email” email address?

To resubscribe any contact with a status of Do Not Email, you must send that person a link to your sign up form in Robly from your own personal or work email address (ie, outside of Robly). They can then click the link to re-opt in to your list. Click here to find the link to your sign up form.

How can someone who has unsubscribed resubscribe to my newsletter?

Anyone who has opted out of your newsletter can resubscribe at any time by using the link to your Sign Up Form to re-opt in to your newsletter. That link can be found under Forms > Web Forms/Emails. To copy the link, scroll down and click Share the form and then Get Link. Once you click Get Link, the link is automatically copied.
