Importing your list of contacts is easy!

Make sure the data imports correctly by verifying column names and data types. Robly gives you a best guess, but sometimes it needs tweaking. Change column names by clicking them, and change data types using the drop down menus. Click DO NOT IMPORT for any blank or unneeded columns.

First, make sure the first row of your Excel file contains header labels for each column (First Name, Last Name, Email address, etc). We highly recommend that you import a Do Not Mail list prior to sending. This will minimize the risk of your first campaign tripping our bounce thresholds, which would result in the suspension of your account.

Import a Delete List:

If you want to Delete a selection of subscribers from your account, you can do it by importing a Delete list. Simply create the list in Excel as a .CSV file and Upload the file:

Add Multiple Subscribers

Adding multiple subscribers works the same way as Copy and Paste from Excel. First, make sure your header rows are labeled (First Name, Last Name, Email address, etc) in your Excel file. Then, simply highlight the data in the given cells and paste into the box provided, then click Verify Fields. Then, label your columns:

If you are attempting to upload more contacts than your current plan allows, we will automatically upgrade your account.
