Robly automatically places an opt-out link in the footer of every email you send out – but oftentimes it’s a great idea to put one at the top, too – this can help prevent SPAM complaints because people may be more likely to opt out if they see that option immediately (ie before they get to the bottom of the email).
First, click Edit under the campaign name you want to add the opt out link to in Campaigns:
Second, click in the Structure tab of the Drop Module menu and drag a new, full width structure in at the top of your email:
Next, we’ll drag a text content module in to this structure. Click back to the Content tab in the Drop Module menu and drag a text module into the new structure you just created:
Now, we will insert a merge tag that will display as “Unsubscribe” in your sent campaign. Replace the filler text with the text you want around the word Unsubscribe, for example, “Click here to,” then, click the merge tag button and select Unsubscribe Link. The final version should look something like: Click here to –UNSUB–.
After this you can adjust the formatting to match the rest of your campaign.
