An updated record is basically a contact that already exists in your Robly account. If it gets updated, that means that information surrounding the contact has been changed, added to, or modified in some way.
For example, if you import the record:
with no other information, the first time it’s added, it will be inserted as a new record.
If you reimport support[at]robly.com, but this time you add a phone number, first and last name, or select a list name during the import, the record will get updated.
