Robly reserves the right to update and change the Reseller Terms of Service without notice in any way.
Restrictions:
Reseller program will be for MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS ONLY. No pre-pay or charity discounts will apply. Payments will occur at the end of a month. If your referred customer cancels before the end of the month, you do not get paid.
Referral fees/commissions and payment:
For a Product sale to be eligible to earn a referral fee, the customer must click-through a Special Link given to you by Robly from your site, email, or other communications to the Robly Site and sign up for the product during that session. The session ends once someone closes their web browser, navigates away from the Product Site, or otherwise leaves the Product Site without signing up for a product before leaving the site. If they leave the site, come back later on their own, and then purchase a product, you will not earn a commission.
There is one type of referral fee that can be earned:
Recurring Commission
Recurring commissions are paid every month, starting on the second month, after the customer has made their first monthly payment. Commissions are only earned if a customer makes a payment. If they cancel their account on the 28th day of their term, you will not receive prorated commissions or a commission for the current month.
The current commission is 30%. The commission structure is subject to change at our discretion. We will notify all Affiliates 45 days prior to a commission structure change. Commissions earned under the previous structure will be paid under the previous structure. Commissions under the new structure will be paid under the new structure. In the event of Robly’s discontinuation of the Affiliate Program, current commissions will be paid for a period of 180 days and then will no longer be paid.
We will only pay commissions on links that are automatically tracked and reported by our systems. We will not pay commissions if someone says they signed up or someone says they entered a referral code if it was not tracked by our system. We can only pay commissions on business generated through properly formatted special links that are automatically tracked by our systems.
We reserve the right to disqualify commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.
Payments by Direct Deposit
Commissions are paid directly into a bank account of your choosing. We can not send checks, credit credit cards, or send cash. You are required to have a bank account and a Robly account to receive commissions. If you don’t have a bank account, you will not be paid until you have one. We do not back-pay for commissions earned prior to your bank account being connected in Robly. In order to successfully receive commission payments, you must follow the following steps:
- Log into your Robly account, and click My Account > Settings > Subscription in the bottom left-hand corner.
- Click Connect with Stripe under Referral Billing.
- Follow the steps to connect your account.
Referral Link
You will find your permanent referral link under My Account > Referrals > Copy Referral Link:
Your referrals *MUST* use this link to sign up for a Robly account. If this link is not used during the referred account’s signup process, they will not track as a referral from you. If someone does not use your referral link, we cannot change that after they have signed up.
Termination
Robly, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Program, or any other Robly service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all potential or to-be-paid commissions in your Account if they were earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods. Robly reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
