How Do I Change My Password?

There are two ways to change your Robly password.

  1. Reset it from the Login page. If you’ve forgotten your password, go to https://app.robly.com/login and click on the Forgot Password link:

    From here you’ll be prompted to enter the Email address (Username) on your account:

    You will then receive an email from clientservices[at]robly.com with a link to change your password.

  2. To change your password from within the account, click on My Account in the upper right hand corner, then Manage Users:

    edit-password

    In an account with multiple users, you can only edit the password for the user you are logged in as. An admin cannot change the password for a non-admin – any user logged in can edit their own password, otherwise they can follow the steps above to change the password on the Robly login page.

Password Requirements:

Robly passwords must have at least one capital letter, one number, and 8 characters.
