How do I change my notification settings?

Go to My Account > Notifications:

You can select one or multiple email addresses to send notifications to. If you need to add an additional email address to send notifications to, you will have to first add and verify that email address. Once you’ve done that, you will see the new email as an option.

Make sure you Save Changes when you’re finished!

Billing Notifications: You cannot turn billing notifications off, but you can choose which email address to send them to. At this time you can only have one billing email address on file. This includes emails related to invoices, refunds, failed payments, and referral credits.

All Notifications: You can turn all notifications on or off.

Campaign Sent Notifications: Emails confirming campaign sends and resends.

Contact Activity Notifications: Emails confirming and containing exports of data from the Contacts section of your account. Actual export files are also contained in the Activity tab in your account, so turning these off will not mean that you cannot access the exported data.

General Notifications: This includes welcome emails, template-related communications, and other account-related information.

New Subscriber Notifications: You can select daily, weekly, or monthly summaries of your new subscriber counts.

Report Export Notifications: Emails confirming and containing exports of data from your Campaign Reports. Actual export files are also contained in the Export Activity tab in your account, so turning these off will not mean that you cannot access the exported data.

Robly ID Notification: Email notifying you of contacts acquired via Robly ID and containing download links to those contacts.

Default Test Email Contact: This is the default email address that your test emails will send to; it is also the contact for which any merge tag data will display in those test emails. Click the pencil icon under Edit to change this to a different email address – you can type any email address that is added to your contact lists into this field. That means that if you have a verified email address on file that you want to use, you must also add that email address to your Contact lists in order for it to be usable here.
