The link to your signup form can be found by clicking Forms > Create Sign Up Form in the left-hand navigation. Click Select under Link to Your Sign-Up Form.
Scroll to the bottom of the page. The link to your signup form is under Share the Form. Click the Get Link button to automatically copy the link to your clipboard.
