How do I turn the Welcome Email or Unsubscribe Confirmation email off and on?

sign up tools, turn off unsubscribe confirmation, turn off welcome email, turn on unsubscribe confirmation, turn on welcome email

This can be done under Email > Default Settings:

Click Save when you’re finished.
