It’s probably one of a few things:
- The email is still in transit. Depending on internet traffic and how busy your ISP is, emails can take a couple of hours to arrive.
- The email is getting trapped by an overly aggressive SPAM filter. Check your junk or SPAM folder to see if the activation mail ended up there. If not, it could be happening at the server or ISP level. You may want to check with your server or administrator or try signing up with another email address.
- A corporate firewall is stopping the email from getting through. Very common issue here. Corporate firewalls hate mail from email marketing companies. If you are on a corporate email server, check with your server administrator to make sure that emails from @robly.com addresses aren’t blocked.
- The email address was spelled incorrectly during the account creation process. It’s possible – contact us if you think this is the issue. 🙂
If it’s none of these things, or you just want to get going now, please email support. We’ll get you up and running.
